Regular inspection: Check the sampling valve regularly to ensure that it is in a fully open or appropriate opening state to avoid poor liquid flow due to the valve not being open or the opening being too small.
Cleaning and maintenance: Regularly clean the impurities around the sampling valve and keep the inside of the valve clean to ensure that the liquid can pass smoothly.
2. Solve the problem of float blocking
Cleaning foreign matter: For the float that does not move due to foreign matter blocking, the relevant valve should be closed first, some liquid should be drained, and then the impurities around the float and the float should be manually cleaned.
Surface cleaning: Clean the surface of the float regularly to remove adsorbed impurities, reduce friction, and keep the float flexible.
Optimize design: For jamming caused by design or installation problems, consider adjusting the size and shape of the float, or optimizing the finish of the inner wall of the main pipe to reduce the possibility of friction and jamming.
